My generation Sync for iPad became live

My generation is a new TV program that has made its debut tonight in collaboration with Neilson to offer an interactive live social experiment which seems to be a good success.

As the program starts on TV and we click on iPad, the remaining two synced together along with a confirmation. With the show beginning to highlight the faux-documentary participants in the ipad, first poll reached: In your school time you resembled whom? Various options are present ranging from The Jock, The Rock star, The Punk, The Wallflower and many more. Very soon, results were out with “The Nerd” who has won the competition with 22%.

Since the characters had been highlighted, the app offered short bios specifically for each one. Another poll also followed with a question on US elections of the presidents in 2000, where the Supreme Court has decided a tie breaker. These queries are little tricky but easy if attention is being paid.

This app also provides us information of the song that had been playing while a scene was going on as well as small note carrying information of the bands. It is really a nice feature of this device that the poll results come so quickly as the number of people voted is quite large.

“My Generation” is synced and seen at 8pm Eastern Time and 7pm Central, on every Thursday.
